Because I get bored-er than bored. And I haven't used a base in a while, so I decided I wanted to ~
Recently, I've made up my own female version of Hetalia's Australia. I really wanted to make up an Australia OC, but there was already one sooo... ;n;
BUT I DID IT ANYWAY SO HAH
As I said in one of the things I did for her, she's a really perky spaz. She's happy, always supportive(even when throwing spiders at America's face) and just a big ball of energy. She loves to just bounce up to people and talk and laugh.
Since I'm already doing this and since I've watched Hetalia episodes, I'll do a little thingy.

Italy -
She absolutely ADORES Italy, and wants to make up for keeping out Italian immigrants from before. She is always complimenting his pasta, asking to help him make some and playing Leap Frog with him. Italy doesn't get why she's so worried about apologizing, since she was only thinking about her country. He insisted to Japan, who isn't overly fond of Australia, that the girl couldn't worry about two whole countries and still protect her own. Even so, Japan and Germany as well are not too happy with Australia. She really likes them, though, which takes us to..
Germany -
Australia tries over and over to make Germany believe that she only wants Italy to be a happy little guy. She has tried a lot to prove this, by comforting Italy when he's scared or upset, by making lots of pasta with him and even giving him stray kittens. Even so, Germany doesn't trust the girl. Once or twice, he has verbally accused her of being a liar to Italy. Of course, being the oblivious cutie he is, Italy has no clue this is all going on. He only knows that Japan isn't overly fond of Australia and that she thinks she has to pay him back.
Japan -
She is especially in love with the way he talks. She thinks it's the cutest thing ever, and has to keep down giggles when he speaks and pronounces words the way he does. Australia has told America many times that she could sit and listen to Japan forever. Also, being a big fan of Final Fantasy, the Legend of Zelda and anime, Australia wants to spend time with Japan and learn more about his country and him.
America -
Australia isn't the biggest lover of America. She really only likes him because of his accent, which she finds kind of cute. She also like his hair, but aside from that, America is just someone she knows. She openly teases him, especially over being so big-headed and scared of spiders. She tends to throw stuffed and alive aforementioned bugs at his face, which doesn't put her on his good side too much. Although, America loves Australia's accent. He has told her, trying to get her to like him a little more, that her accent is very hot and attractive. That usually gets him a soft plushy Black Widow to the gut which he throws back hysterically.
Russia -
If there was one person Charlotte would want to be stuck in the middle of nowhere with, it would be Russia. She loves his voice and finds him to be adorable. Sometimes, when very bored, the girl will start pawing at Ivan's scarf and giggle to herself as it flaps around. Also, another little habit she has when bored, Australia will pounce up onto Russia's back and shout "Idti(идти)" which means "go." The first few times she did this, Russia was surprised and almost bucked her off, but now that he's used to the spontaneous girl, he obliges and gives Australia a piggyback ride.
England -
One of the only people Charlotte truly depends on, Arthur is her favorite relative, her older brother. She is almost always seen with him when she's around, sometimes clinging to his arm like a koala or following behind him like a lost baby. She teases him fondly about being so big-headed, and tells him that he should lighten up more often. She loves her brother and always wants to be the person he relies on. She knows about him being secretly caring for the other countries, and desperately wants him to open up and tell them how he feels. She's trying to crack his shell and teach him about expressing himself. Australia buys her brother lots of adorable toys, like unicorns and fairies, because she knows how much he loves them.
France -
Australia really doesn't like France a lot. She has said numerous times that he scares her, but she isn't all that afraid of him. In truth, she is actually okay with him being around. She finds his personality to be hyper and lovey-dovey amusing, but it scares the crap out of her when he tries to flirt with her. That stopped when England found out about it, and almost threw the poor romantic through a window. He probably would have been, if Russia didn't break the two up. Australia tried to console France when he started a dramatic episode by patting his head and insisting that he was actually a nice guy. He took this to be a very steep compliment and so now, whenever England isn't around, France will make very indirect actions of flirtation.
China -
When she isn't making pasta with Italy or clinging to England, Charlotte will be around China. She loves the way he is and tries to protect him from people who would take advantage of him because of being gullible. One of her favorite nations and friends, Charlotte would spend a long time with China if she could. Once, when half-asleep and 'conversing' with Italy, the girl stated that she would buy China all the pandas in the world if she could. When she is around China, she'll usually have a panda toy for him, or a Hello Kitty. She finds China to be one of her best friends, and hopes that the feeling is mutual. When the opportunity arises, Australia will try to play online games with him. Although she is rather good with computers, namely laptops, the games China enjoys are a little difficult for her and most of the time he has to help her with it.
